• Sessions of 60–90 minutes

• Space to explore direction, priorities, identity, and decision-making

This work suits people who want to think properly, not be told what to do — and who are willing to look beneath the surface rather than search for quick answers.

Pathfinder Session

One-off Session | ad hoc

The Pathfinder Session is a single, focused coaching conversation.

It’s intended for professionals who are at a specific decision point or moment of uncertainty and want a structured space to think something through clearly — without committing to ongoing coaching.

​

This might include:

• a career or role decision

• a leadership or direction question

• a sense of being stuck without knowing why

​

The session is not a “taster” or a diagnostic. It’s a complete piece of work in its own right, designed to help clarify thinking, challenge assumptions, and bring a sense of perspective.

Some people find this is all they need. Others choose to continue into Clarity & Direction Coaching once things are clearer.
