About Simon
I have over 25 years of leadership experience working for blue chip companies like Vodafone, Lexmark and Nielsen.

During this time I led teams through major organisational transformation and delivered change programs to cross functional and cross border teams from richly diverse backgrounds and cultures. I held positions as Director of Finance and Director of Change and Transformation.

People are my passion. I feel lucky to have coached and mentored hundreds of people in my career, and so decided to become a full time coach and founded Si Collins Consulting. I am a certified executive coach and hold the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching through Henley Business School.

Above all else, I am human being whose passion is to help people to help themselves. I am happily married with 2 boys. Whenever possible you will find me in the great outdoors, probably walking and experiencing nature.
